Darynell Rodríguez Torres
Darynell has extensive international experience with over 22 years in the field, where he has developed projects on all five continents, supporting individuals and organizations in enhancing their leadership, negotiation, influence, dialogue, conflict resolution, intercultural intelligence, and political advocacy skills, among others.
He has been involved in various international dialogue and conflict resolution processes and led one of the most influential organizations globally in that sector. He has held various positions in both the public and private sectors, including consulting firms specialized in political risk management and public policy development.
Darynell is an associate professor at IE University in Madrid and also collaborates with MIT Professional Education, conducting negotiation workshops and as learning facilitator in the 'Cultural Awareness for Global Business Program.'
Carlos José González H.
Carlos has a professional career spanning over 20 years in directing strategic projects and multidisciplinary teams, in both the public and private sectors, through transformational leadership aimed at excellence.
His experience includes various executive positions in the Colombian government and in private sector organizations, where he has been involved in managing policies on sustainable development, democratic governance, justice, conflict resolution, and peacebuilding.
Carlos has also focused on personal growth training with a holistic vision, using methods such as meditation and yoga.
He is a professor at the College of Higher Studies in Administration (CESA) in Bogotá. He has also been a professor at the University of the Andes, Javeriana University, and Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia.
Irene García Santamaría
Irene holds a law degree and has over 20 years of experience in public tenders and procurement. She has led the Tenders Department in major companies within the healthcare sector, achieving a remarkably high success rate and establishing her departments as crucial components of these organizations' business strategies. Her work is distinguished by the high performance and motivation of her teams, as well as improvements in internal processes that have directly impacted workflow efficiency and the development of new business opportunities.
Irene can strategically develop your organization's tenders and procurement department; enhance operational processes and increase management efficiency; and train and manage teams dedicated to preparing public tenders and bids.
